I looked away for both nipples and I actually didn't even know he had done the first one until he put in the jewelry (didn’t hurt at all) but the second one had a hot type of pain. super short but noticeable. I will say I have a high pain tolerance (several tats and so that also didn't bother) but I would say my nipples were 0/10 for one side and max 4/10 on the others. The next couple days my nipples were a bit sore and sensitive to touch (had to wear a sports bra or tight tank top 24/7) but it wasn’t anything unbearable. Sleeping on my side or stomach was fine and if I wasn’t thinking about my nipples the soreness was negligible. Honestly, I think the adrenaline really helps numb any piercing pain. Would recommend taking an Advil or something 45 minutes beforehand and definitely don’t recommend smoking/drinking beforehand bc it’ll just make you more sensitive.
