Totally agree with your critique of academia. I've found that a lot in my personal experience, which is really a shame. Too arrogant and elitist.

Luckily as a zennial, I watched this film long after its release at which it was already hailed as brilliant. But I can feel your frustration from reading your piece, very valid!
