Completely agree!! And in my personal journals, I do write those sentences. What I meant by that sentence was more of I don't want my Medium journey to be aimed at my father because I've crafted it to be for me and those who like reading stories like the one I write. And to change that intention to send a message to someone who hasn't listened to my previous messages and words, then my father's shittiness would have altered my ultimate goals and intention with Medium. Essentially it really sucks that my dad has reacting in such a way to my Medium but I don't want that reaction to impact how I use my Medium. I want to maintain the control of this healing. I don't want to write an article for my father to read, I want to write one for myself and people....if that makes sense:)
